CG-VAK Software & Exports - Senior Technical Project Manager - B2B SaaS

Roles & Responsibilities: - Work closely with Program Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Associate Project Managers to execute multiple projects concurrently for customers. - Understand business objectives, define project scope, and create project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Monitor and report on all aspects of the project, including project health, progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables. - Identify deviations from the project plan and take timely corrective actions to ensure successful delivery. - Regularly lead internal and customer-facing meetings to maintain project momentum and ensure stakeholder alignment. - Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies and develop mitigation plans. - Manage project governance structures and ensure adherence to project management best practices. - Work closely with internal and external stakeholders across functions and geographies to execute project activities seamlessly. - Manage projects involving enterprise customers across multiple countries or regions and coordinate with distributed delivery teams. - Understand complex technical issues, work with relevant technical teams to develop resolution plans, and track issues through closure. - Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, and customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle. - Identify gaps in processes and implement best practices to improve project delivery efficiency. - Document lessons learned and stakeholder feedback and incorporate learnings into future projects. - Ensure projects deliver measurable business outcomes and meet agreed customer objectives.
