QA Automation Engineer (BDD)

• Design and implement automation test frameworks using BDD tools such as Cucumber, SpecFlow, etc. • Write reusable and maintainable test scripts for UI, API, and integration testing • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and create effective test cases • Integrate automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines • Identify and implement test automation opportunities to improve QA efficiency • Log and track defects clearly; assist development teams in root cause analysis and bug resolution Requirements: • 2–4 years of hands-on QA automation experience • Strong experience with BDD tools like Cucumber, Gherkin, or SpecFlow • Proficiency in at least one programming language: Java, Python, JavaScript, etc. • Experience with Selenium/WebDriver or similar UI automation tools • Working knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman, RestAssured, etc. • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc. • Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills Good to Have: • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies • Experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling • Certifications like ISTQB or other relevant QA certifications Skills: Jenkins, Jmeter, Javascript, Gatling, Java, Python Experience: 2.00-4.00 Years
