This role is ideal for a Business Analyst who can comfortably operate across both business and BI domains, translating complex requirements into actionable data and reporting solutions. Your new role Key responsibilities will include: • Engaging with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document requirements • Translating business needs into data, reporting and BI solutions • Working closely with technical teams to support the delivery of modern data platform initiatives • Facilitating workshops and managing stakeholder relationships across multiple business units • Supporting data integration activities, including file transfer processes and data flows • Identifying opportunities for business process improvement through data-driven insights • Contributing to Agile ceremonies and supporting end-to-end project delivery What you'll need to succeed • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within complex transformation environments • Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills • Experience working with Power BI for reporting, dashboards and analytics • Exposure to Databricks, data lakes and modern data platforms • Understanding of data integration, data movement and file transfer processes • Ability to translate business requirements into effective BI and data outcomes • Experience working within Agile delivery teams • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills Desirable Experience • Experience supporting enterprise data, reporting or analytics initiatives • Exposure to large-scale data modernisation or platform uplift programs • Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices What you'll get in return • Opportunity to work on a high-profile transformation program • Collaborative and fast-paced environment • Long-term contract potential • Exposure to modern data and analytics technologies • Flexible working arrangements What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV. #3014959
