Your new role As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business and technology teams, helping to deliver AI-enabled and automation-led initiatives that improve operational efficiency and customer experience. Working within a collaborative Agile environment, you will lead discovery activities, facilitate workshops, analyse business processes and translate complex requirements into clear technical specifications. You'll partner closely with Product, Engineering and Architecture teams to design scalable solutions, improve workflows and support the successful delivery of customer communication and automation initiatives.
