Working alongside Solution Architects and business leaders, you will develop business cases, establish cost models and help determine the most appropriate technology solution. The organisation is assessing existing platforms, including Oracle HR, ServiceNow and Dynamics CRM, with a focus on leveraging current investments and improving privacy, security and access controls.
You will also contribute to a broader portfolio of initiatives spanning employee safety, workforce management and customer-facing digital projects.

• Ability to think strategically while providing practical, outcome-focused solutions
• Exposure to Oracle HR, ServiceNow and/or Dynamics CRM environments will be highly regarded
• Experience across HR systems, workforce data, workforce planning, employee health or safety domains is advantageous
What you'll get in return
• Initial 3-month contract with strong extension potential
• Opportunity to influence a high-profile workforce and health data initiative
• Exposure to enterprise-wide transformation and strategic decision-making
• Flexible location options across NSW and Victoria
• Collaborative environment working with local and New Zealand-based stakeholders
• Attractive daily rate and the opportunity to contribute across multiple transformation streams
