Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM). **What You'll Do**: - As a Project Manager, GTM Planning, you will be a core member of the GTM Operations team, supporting the GTM Planning Director in running the global GTM planning engine - You will focus on proactive operational optimization: architecting workback plans, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and ensuring planning deliverables are completed with high velocity and precision - You bring an AI-first mindset and are an expert in leveraging agentic workflows and AI-powered work management systems to scale transparency, data quality, and strategic impact - This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the GTM Program Director **- Responsibility**Support the GTM Planning Director in operationalising the global GTM planning, including building and maintaining timelines, milestones and status trackers for key planning ProjectsDrive Planning execution by taking primary ownership of execution-team discussions (status forums, preparing agendas and pre-reads, capturing decisions and action items, and following up with owners until closure)Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Partners, Marketing, Product, Finance, HR) to ensure they are clear on deliverables, due dates and dependenciesImprove GTM operational velocity by designing and implementing agentic workflows and proactive AI-driven process modeling to automate routine reporting and autonomously resolve planning bottlenecksOptimize technical tools and potential AI solutions to improve overall team productivity and solve complex problemsOrganise forums, prepare agendas and pre-reads, capture decisions and action items, and follow up with owners until closureMaintain Project documentation and the SSOT (single source of truth) for your workstreams, including decision logs, status dashboards, RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies) and meeting notesBuild and maintain basic planning artifacts (slides, spreadsheets, dashboards) that translate complex information into simple, consumable views for GTM and Finance leadersTrack adherence to decision-lock dates, highlight slippage, and escalate risks or dependency issues to the GTM Planning Director for resolutionContribute to continuous improvement of planning templates, checklists and ways of working based on retrospectives and feedback**Job Designation**: - Hybrid**: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Docusign reserves the right to change a position's job designation depending on business needs and as permitted by local law. **What You Bring**: - Basic**Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience in Project coordination, project management, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations or similar rolesExperience supporting GTM or planning processes (for example, territory carving, quota or capacity updates, or cross-functional Project rollouts)Experience working with GTM systems and tools such as Salesforce, spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets), and work management toolsExperience using AI-powered tools or workflows (for example, AI copilots in spreadsheets or work management tools) in a professional settingExperience coordinating global and cross-functional stakeholders, including scheduling, agenda preparation, note-taking and follow-up on action itemsExperience building clear, concise slides and summaries for business stakeholdersExperience using AI for routine tasks, independently evaluating, optimising, and leveraging AI solutions to tackle more complex challenges and uplift your team's workflows **Preferred**Experience in B2B SaaS GTM planning or Revenue Operations, including exposure to segmentation, coverage, territory and quota or capacity planningExperience with AI and analytics tools such as BI dashboards, advanced spreadsheet modeling, or AI copilots, especially for status reporting and summarizationExperience with project collaboration tools to track comp
