We're seeking a Talent Marketing Manager to own the marketing strategy for the Americas, driving activation management and - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans - Experience with marketing automation, activation logic, or rules-based decisioning.
