Senior Business Analyst - AML

Senior Business Analyst to work within an AML/Regulatory stream of work Your new company Join a well-established financial services organisation undergoing a significant regulatory and compliance transformation. Working as part of a high-performing delivery team, you'll play a key role in ensuring AML and regulatory obligations are translated into effective business and technology outcomes. Your new role As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work across a complex AML and Regulatory Compliance stream, partnering closely with business stakeholders, technology teams and project delivery teams. You will be responsible for gathering and documenting requirements, translating regulatory changes into business and technical solutions, supporting remediation initiatives and helping deliver improvements to client onboarding, screening and compliance processes. What you'll need to succeed • Proven Senior Business Analyst experience within Financial Services or Wealth Management • Strong knowledge of AML, KYC, client screening and regulatory compliance requirements • Experience delivering remediation and regulatory change projects within financial institutions • Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into business and technology solutions • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills • Experience working with complex onboarding and client lifecycle processes • Proven Senior Business Analyst experience within Financial Services or Wealth Management What you'll get in return You'll join a collaborative and delivery-focused environment, working on a business-critical regulatory program with senior stakeholders.
