Key Responsibilities

Product Line Governance & Operations Leadership Serve as a governance lead across the Public Safety Consulting Services (PSCS) portfolio, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in delivery approaches, tools, and processes Establish and continuously improve standard operating procedures, templates, and best practices across proposal development, project delivery, and reporting Partner with leadership to monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Proposal Development & Business Development Support Lead and coordinate proposal development efforts, including content strategy, compliance, and submission timelines Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop compelling, high-quality technical content and differentiators Support business development activities, including pipeline tracking, opportunity qualification, and capture planning Contribute to business development lifecycle activities Project & Program Management Oversight Provide hands-on support and oversight across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule Develop and maintain project plans, track milestones and deliverables, and proactively manage risks and dependencies Monitor project performance and report on status, risks, and key outcomes to internal
