Program Manager

The Program Manager provides management and direction for all contractor work supporting a current DHS program. In this role, the Program Manager also provides subject matter expertise, program analysis, reporting, strategic planning, and overall management.

This position works closely with program staff to address challenges, evaluate performance, and ensure execution of contract requirements. This is a remote position with occasional travel needed to the DC area. **This position is contingent on contract award.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the single point of contact for the DHS Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative. Provide overall direction, leadership, and management of contractor personnel supporting the PWS.

Manage the execution of contract requirements across the task order, ensuring work is completed on schedule and meets Government quality and performance expectations. Provide senior-level program management and subject matter expertise to support complex mission requirements.

Develop and maintain program management documentation, reports, schedules, and other required contract artifacts. Provide strategic advice and technical guidance to program and project staff.

Analyze client-specific and mission-critical challenges and develop recommendations for improvement, optimization, development, and maintenance. Consult with Government stakeholders to define needs, identify problems, evaluate alternatives, and recommend effective solutions.

Lead or supervise studies, assessments, and surveys designed to collect and analyze information needed for program decision-making. Provide program analysis and reporting to support Government leadership and contract oversight.

Support strategic planning and the development and implementation of approaches to achieve program objectives. Monitor program performance, identify issues and risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Ensure contractor personnel understand and comply with applicabl
