The role involves end-to-end handling of HVAC projects from planning to handover, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. *Key Responsibilities:* - *Project Planning & Execution*: Prepare project schedules, resource planning, and ensure timely delivery of HVAC projects - *Site Management*: Oversee HVAC installation, ducting, piping, testing & commissioning at project sites - *Client & Stakeholder Coordination*: Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution - *Budget & Cost Control*: Monitor project budgets, BOQ, billing, and cost variance - *Team Leadership*: Lead site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Ensure productivity and safety - *Quality & Compliance*: Ensure all work adheres to HVAC standards, safety norms, and contractual requirements - *Documentation & Reporting*: Prepare progress reports, MOMs, RFIs, and project closure documents *Requirements:* - *Experience*: 8-15 years in HVAC Project Management. Experience in commercial/industrial HVAC projects is a must - *Education*: B.E / http://B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred - *Skills*: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, HVAC drawings, estimation, project scheduling tools, and MS Office - *Other*: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
