Position: Project Engineer - HVAC Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Employment Type: Contractual / Fixed-Term Contract Experience: 3 to 6 Years Industry: Building Technologies / HVAC Projects / Commercial Buildings / Industrial Facilities / Data Centers Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Engineer - HVAC to support the execution, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems at customer sites. The candidate will be responsible for project coordination, site execution, contractor management, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities • Execute HVAC projects from installation through commissioning and handover. • Manage on-site activities including equipment installation, ducting, piping, controls integration, and testing. • Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. • Monitor project schedules, materials, manpower deployment, and progress. • Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to project specifications. • Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues during execution and commissioning. • Prepare project documentation, commissioning reports, MOMs, and handover documents. • Ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and company standards. • Support warranty and post-installation activities when required. Required Qualifications • Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline. • 3 to 6 years of experience in HVAC project execution, installation, commissioning, or field engineering. • Experience handling commercial buildings, industrial facilities, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, IT parks, or data center projects. • Understanding of HVAC systems including: • Chillers • AHUs • FCUs • Pumps • Cooling Towers • Ventilation Systems • HVAC Controls/BMS
