Project Manager - HVAC Projects Position: Project Manager - HVAC Projects Industry: HVAC / MEP / Engineering / Construction Company: Reputed HVAC / Engineering Company - Hiring via Sanvi Business Solutions Location: West Mogappair, Chennai - Work From Office + Site Visits Across Chennai Experience: 10 to 15 Years in HVAC Project Management - Commercial / Industrial Projects Mandatory Salary: Rs. 60000 to Rs. 70000 per month Job Type: Full Time - Immediate Joiners Preferred Job Summary: We are hiring a Project Manager - HVAC Projects for a reputed HVAC / Engineering company based in West Mogappair, Chennai. Role involves end to end handling of HVAC projects from planning to handover, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction. Must have handled multiple HVAC project sites in Chennai. Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Planning & Execution: Prepare detailed project schedules, resource planning, material planning and ensure timely delivery of HVAC projects as per BOQ and timeline 2. Site Management: Oversee HVAC installation, ducting, copper piping, insulation, testing & commissioning at project sites - Daily site supervision 3. Client & Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, PMC, contractors, architects and internal teams for smooth execution - MOM handling 4. Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project budgets, BOQ, billing, RA bills, cost variance and ensure project profitability 5. Team Leadership: Lead site engineers, supervisors, technicians and subcontractors. Ensure productivity, safety and quality - Team of 10-20 members 6. Quality & Compliance: Ensure all work adheres to HVAC standards, ISHRAE standards, safety norms, and contractual requirements 7. Documentation & Reporting: Prepare daily progress reports, weekly reports, MOMs, RFIs, material approvals, and project closure documents - Reporting to management Requirements - Mandatory: - Experience: 10-15 years in HVAC Project Management - Must have handled commercial / industrial HVAC projects - Office buildings, malls, factories, hospitals - Education: B.E / http://B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred - Diploma with strong experience can also apply - Skills: Strong knowledge of HVAC systems - VRF, Chilled Water, AHU, FCU, Ducting, Ventilation, HVAC drawings, estimation, project scheduling tools - MSP / Primavera, and MS Office - Advanced Excel - Other: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
