Job Description
The PMO Project Manager will join the Global PMO Office that runs a mega-project and capex improvement portfolio.
This position will own the administration of the PMO's technology stack, keep data accurate and consistent across the client's portfolio, maintain dashboards for cost, schedule and risk, and report weekly to the client. This is a remote position that will work in the Eastern Time Zone.

Provide weekly client status report itself, plus the underlying data entry, validation, and change order processing that feeds it Manage the risk register, escalation log, and the meeting cadence (governance meetings, Change Control Board sessions, client calls) that keep the program's controls running on schedule Oversee construction and disbursement schedules.
This includes zoning approvals, certified surveys, and building permits. Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own job field and broad understanding of several job subject areas within the function. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE (Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence) values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
Impact a range of customer, operational, project, or service activities within own team and other related teams. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
