Execution & Problem-Solving in Ambiguity: Operate independently to manage competing priorities in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment; frame research questions, set delivery timelines, run experiments, and iterate based on results with minimal direction. A day in the life Research: ability to learn new technology and product domains, and quickly understand and apply this knowledge into strategies for TA team Communication: ability to effectively engage the attention of stakeholders and articulate complex arguments in a polished and professional manner Tact & High Judgement: knowing when to apply the right pressure and when to move on Self-assured: ability to think on your feet and work on confidential projects with senior leadership.
