TETR - Performance Management Lead

Role & responsibilities: We're hiring a Performance Management Lead to design and own the performance ecosystem at Masters' Union. You'll build the frameworks, processes, and culture that ensure every individual and team is measured on what matters - outcomes, growth, and impact. This role sits within the peoples function and partners closely with the CHRO, HR Lead, and business heads. Preferred candidate profile: - Performance Frameworks: Design and implement goal setting, review, and feedback cycles (OKRs / KRAs) aligned to Masters' Union's growth stage and culture. - Continuous Feedback Culture: Build mechanisms for real-time feedback, mid-cycle check-ins, and meaningful manager-employee conversations moving away from annual review theatrics. - Calibration & Ratings: Own performance calibration processes that are fair, consistent, and defensible across faculty, program, and corporate functions. - High-Potential Identification: Partner with HR and business leads to identify top talent, create differentiated growth pathways, and linking performance to rewards. - PMS Technology: Evaluate, implement, and manage HR tech tools that automate and scale the performance management process. - Analytics & Insights: Build dashboards and reports that give leadership a clear, data-backed view of organizational performance and health.
