Lead - Compensation & Benefits - NBFC

Key Responsibilities: - Lead the organization's Compensation & Benefits function, ensuring competitive and equitable reward practices. Manage annual compensation cycles including - LTI, Stock Options - NRC - Salary revisions, - Promotions, - Bonus payouts, - Sales Incentive - Compensation budgeting. - Design and administer variable pay, incentive plans, benefits, and other employee reward programs. - Drive the end-to-end Performance Management System (PMS), including goal setting, appraisal cycles, and performance normalization. - Facilitate NRC (Normalization, Rationalization & Calibration) discussions to ensure consistency and fairness in performance ratings. - Conduct compensation benchmarking and support job evaluation and grading initiatives. - Partner with Business HR and leadership on compensation-related decisions, policy implementation, and reward strategies. - Ensure compliance with compensation policies, payroll governance, and audit requirements. - Drive continuous improvement and digitization of Compensation & Benefits and PMS processes through HRIS platforms. Preferred Experience: - 8-12 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards. - Strong experience in Compensation & Benefits, PMS, NRC, incentive design, salary benchmarking, and HR policy implementation.
