ABOUT THE ROLE: Masters' Union is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our Performance Management System (PMS) function. This role will be responsible for owning the end-to-end performance management cycle from goal-setting and mid-year reviews to final appraisals and calibration ensuring a fair, transparent, and growth-oriented performance culture across the organization. - Location: Udyog Vihar Ph 2 - Gurugram (Haryana) - Department: Central Functions - Experience: 8-12 Years - Employment Type: Full-time | On site KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Design, implement, and own the complete PMS cycle goal setting, mid-year checkins, self-appraisals, manager reviews, calibration, and final ratings. - Partner with leadership and HR business partners to align performance metrics with organizational goals. - Drive timely execution of each stage of the review cycle, ensuring adherence to timelines. - Build and refine performance frameworks, rating scales, and competency models suited to a fast-growing organization. - Facilitate calibration sessions to ensure consistency and fairness across teams. - Analyze performance data to identify trends, flag risks (attrition, underperformance), and generate actionable insights for leadership. - Ensure clear communication and training for managers and employees on the PMS process. - Continuously improve the PMS process based on feedback and evolving business needs. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Education: Tier 1 or Tier 2 institute graduate (mandatory). - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing the complete PMS cycle in an organization not just supporting or coordinating parts of it, but having owned the process end-to-end. - Strong understanding of performance management frameworks, KRAs/KPIs, and calibration processes. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams. - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills. - High ownership, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders under tight timelines. - Prior experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment.
