Job Description

Key Responsibilities: - Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals and organizational priorities. - Lead and mentor a team of Junior HR Business Partners, ensuring capability development, performance management, and engagement. - Drive and execute strategic HR projects such as organizational design, talent transformation, workforce planning, and culture initiatives. - Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle management, policy implementation, and HR process optimization. - Ensure adherence to statutory compliance, company policies, and audit requirements. - Handle employee grievances with sensitivity and effectiveness, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining workplace harmony. - Lead performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, calibration, and development planning. - Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement, retention strategies, and organizational effectiveness. - Serve as a role model for professionalism, integrity, and collaboration within the HR team and broader organization. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business growth and change management initiatives. Key Requirements: - Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within an IT organization of 1000-3000 employees. - Experience managing and mentoring a team of Junior HRBPs or HR professionals. - Demonstrated experience in driving strategic HR initiatives/projects. - Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance frameworks. - Hands-on experience in grievance handling and performance management processes. - High level of flexibility and willingness to work from office 5 days a week. - Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. - Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution excellence. Preferred Attributes: - Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and guide teams. - High ownership, accountability, and problem-solving mindset. - Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments.
