Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Lead corporate and plant HR across three manufacturing facilities, ensuring effective people practices and operational excellence.
- Drive performance management, succession planning, talent development, retention, and organizational capability-building initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment, workforce planning, and productivity management across India and international operations.
- Ensure compliance, industrial relations, audits, HR governance, budgeting, and employer branding across the organization.
Preferred Candidate:
- 15+ years of HR experience with exposure to both corporate and plant HR in manufacturing organizations.
- Strong background in performance management, talent development, succession planning, and HR process improvement.
- Experience managing labor compliance, industrial relations, audits, and multi-location operations.
- Strategic HR leader with expertise in hiring, workforce planning, and organizational development.
