Job Description

Designation: Head - Human Resources Qualification: MBA/ MMS/ PGDM (HR) Experience: 10+ Years (Manufacturing Industry preferred) Location: Mulund - Mumbai Job Description: - Responsible for leading and directing all aspects of the operations and the services of the HR Division including Manpower Budgeting, Screening, Recruitment, Interviews, Hiring, Induction, Training & Appraisals, Talent Management & Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience and Engagement etc. - Oversees the daily workflow of the department. - Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations. - Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy. - Oversees the management of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; productivity, recognition, and morale; safety; and training and development. - Performance Management & Attrition Control. - Preceding a lead role in constructing and building up the organisational culture, confirming that the company values and vision is displayed. - Compensation and Benefits Management. - Supervision of all plants HR operations. - Get together with senior leadership to understand the organizations goals and strategies in relation to staffing, recruiting, and retention. - Deliver reports on all areas of HR, Payroll including the application of Employment Law, HR policy, best practice and workforce development. - Plan professional leadership, support and development to HR staff. - Plans and implements policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys. - Conducts research and analysis of organizational trends including review. - Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; applies this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management. - Complete understanding of all statutory compliances & monitoring of same. - Employee grievance handling, counselling and conflict resolution. - Able to connect and engage workers. Requirement: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. - Exceptional leadership qualities and Strong supervisory skills. - Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. - Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. - Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations. - Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field required. - Willing to work for a 6 days.
