Human Resources Lead

An established manufacturing group with regional operations across Asia, currently expanding its Singapore presence as a regional hub. About the Role A senior HR position covering both Singapore and Malaysia, responsible for building out HR strategy and structure as the Singapore office grows. This is a hands-on, strategic role rather than a purely operational one, ideal for someone who wants to shape HR policy and frameworks rather than execute an existing system.
