About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations & Inventory Manager to lead warehouse operations, oversee inventory control and drive operational efficiency within the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse operations, inventory and stock control. Lead and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and efficiency. Conduct quarterly stocktakes and resolve inventory discrepancies. Ensure proper storage, labelling and organisation of materials.

Improve warehouse workflows, space utilisation and operational processes. Maintain workplace safety, security and 5S housekeeping standards. Coordinate with project teams to support operational requirements.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related disciplines, or equivalent relevant experience. Ideally 8+ years of warehouse management experience , preferably within the construction industry. Strong leadership, inventory management and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; AutoCAD knowledge is advantageous. Relevant safety certifications (BCSS or equivalent) and project management qualifications are an added advantage.
