💼 Employment Type: Full-Time 🏢 Industry: Food & Beverage / Logistics & Supply Chain About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics Manager to lead warehousing, inventory and distribution operations for an established multi-site business. This role is ideal for a logistics professional who enjoys improving operational performance, managing teams and driving cost-effective supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management and distribution. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, service quality and cost performance. Manage delivery planning, order fulfilment and coordination across multiple locations.

Establish operational KPIs and monitor productivity, inventory accuracy and delivery performance. Review logistics costs, identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving initiatives. Strengthen inventory control processes, including stock reconciliation and discrepancy management.

Manage relationships with suppliers, external logistics partners and internal stakeholders. Resolve complex operational challenges relating to deliveries, stock movements and service standards. Ensure compliance with operational SOPs, food safety requirements and workplace safety regulations.

Lead, coach and develop the logistics team to achieve business objectives. Analyse operational data and present performance reports with recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business or a related discipline. Substantial experience in logistics, warehouse or distribution management, including team leadership. Experience in F&B, FMCG, food distribution or cold chain logistics will be advantageous.

Strong knowledge of inventory control, transportation planning and operational cost management. Proven ability to manage operational KPIs, drive process improvements and lead team
