We have multiple positions open for senior-level project managers and program managers in the Information Technology space.

Our PM’s support various project types, including: Software development or implementation Infrastructure projects IT Security initiatives Digital transformation programs Business process improvement programs Data migration projects Our consultants work in a variety of industries, including energy, financial services, aerospace, manufacturing, education, healthcare, and technology innovation.

At Persimmon, senior-level PMs are responsible to lead our most complex efforts, typically enterprise-wide programs or initiatives impacting many stakeholders, functions, and processes.

Qualifications

Here is what we look for in an ideal candidate; however, be aware that you could be an excellent candidate without meeting all of these criteria.

7-10+ years overall Project Management experience 3+ years leading complex, enterprise-wide projects or programs Experience working with or as a Business Analyst to gather requirements, capture current state/future state business processes, etc.

Ability to manage complex schedules in Microsoft Project, track budget performance, and develop forecasts Ability to simplify and streamline schedule, budget, and status information to stakeholders at all leve
