About the Role Manages delivery of the SAP SCM Deployment for assigned region or workstream cluster (Central or EMEA). Responsible for project planning, workstream coordination, stakeholder management, and on-time delivery of SCM implementation scope. Essential Job Functions • Lead project delivery for SAP SCM Deployment covering assigned region or workstream cluster • Develop and maintain project plan, RAID log, and schedule across EWM, Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and technical workstreams • Manage client and business stakeholder relationships and facilitate regional steering committee reporting • Coordinate cross-stream interdependencies with Program Level, GTS, and Group Reporting streams • Oversee resource allocation and team performance across SCM workstreams • Drive go-live readiness, cutover coordination, and hypercare planning for SCM deployment Qualifications & Experience: • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering • Extensive SAP project management experience with SCM or logistics implementation delivery • Proven delivery of SAP S/4HANA SCM (EWM, IBP, PP, Manufacturing) projects • Strong stakeholder management, RAID governance, and executive reporting skills • Experience managing distributed offshore/nearshore/onshore SCM delivery teams • Proficiency in project management tools and SAP Activate methodology Nice to have: • PMP or PRINCE2 certification • SCM-focused SAP programme management experience in EMEA or manufacturing environments Why DXC? / Life at DXC DXC is an employer of choice with strong values, and fosters a culture of inclusion, belonging and corporate citizenship.
