Project Manager

Czym będziesz się zajmować? • Manages effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope • Establishes and manages project controls in order to ensure that the milestones are met and project products delivered on time and within scope and the business goals are enabled • Assures and controls quality of the project deliverables • Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the project • Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders • Assigns and controls the tasks, authorizes work packages, balance priorities and workload in the team, motivates project team members • Plans and controls project products delivery processes • Manages effective communication within the project and with external environment of the project • Produces project management products (like plans, logs, schedules). Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project • Prepares and presents oral and written technical reports and project presentations • Organizes and conducts project meetings Kogo poszukujemy? • Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience • Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position • Master degree • At least 1 certification among: PRINCE2 Practitioner or Project Management Professional (PMP), PM2 Agile or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority) • English level: C1 confirmed by a certificate or be willing to take the exam • Experience in leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager • Knowledge and experience in applying of project management methodologies and methods • Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies • Experienced in managing Team work with Azure DevOps (and or Service Now SPM Agile boards) • Experienced in management of the projects using Microsoft technologies: SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse • Experienced in management of the projects using Service Now technologies: custom applications and standard Service Now modules: Enterprise Assets Management, Strategic Porfolio Management, Customer Service Management (in on-prem and cloud set-up) • Good knowledge of Cyber Security requirements, personal data privacy related functional and security requirements Czego wymagamy? 5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku Znajomości: • MS SharePoint • ServiceNow • Zarządzanie projektem Języki: • Polski • Angielski Jakie warunki i benefity otrzymasz? • 21.8k–25.2k PLN netto/m (B2B) • B2B - Stałe godziny pracy (100%) • Praca zdalna: Hybrydowo • Pakiet medyczny, Pakiet sportowy Kim jesteśmy?
