Executive Assistant, Selling Partner Support Experience

The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization.

We are looking for someone to support the VP on our - 8+ years of senior level leadership support experience - High school or equivalent diploma - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - Experience with C-level executive calendar management - Experience as an Executive Assistant - Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines - Experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service, or experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities
