This is a 12-months fixed term contract, with renewal potential up to 36 months. Location: Paya Lebar Quarter We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. What the officer will be working on: • Manage end-to-end delivery across the assigned portfolio of enterprise and citizen-facing systems, including project planning, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, budgets and release coordination. • Coordinate agile delivery across business, product, design, engineering, operations, cybersecurity and vendor teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery. • Manage project governance, vendor performance, stakeholder communications, decision‑making and reporting to management and governance forums. • Coordinate requirements, solutioning, testing, cybersecurity compliance, deployment, operational readiness and transition to business-as-usual support. • Support production operations, planned after‑hours deployments and Severity incident coordination, including follow‑up on defects and corrective actions. • Undertake structured handover and job‑shadowing with incumbent officers to preserve system, vendor and business‑domain knowledge. What are we looking for? • Experience in building digital products. • Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources. • End to end experience working with product team to build products. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute taking and technical writing. • Highly meticulous and tenacious, follows up with things to closure. • Ability to work effectively and independently under pressure and prioritize effectively to meet tight deadlines. • Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are a plus • Computer science, product management related degrees or diplomas are a plus. • Experience with platforms like Confluence, JIRA, Balsamiq are a plus • Personnel must be available for planned deployments and Severity incident support outside office hours, as necessary What do we offer in return?
