Banking & Finance domain ( BFSI) - US IT Recruiter Work Location Preference in this order : India- Noida | Hyderabad | Chennai Experience Range : 10 - 13 Years Employment Type - Fulltime MUST HAVE • Strong experience in Banking & finance domain - US IT Recruitment. Hands on to support end-to-end recruitment for clients across the United States. • Knowledge of US work authorization types including H1B, GC, USC, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, OPT, CPT, and TN Visa. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Sourcing | Screening | Interviewing • Source candidates through job portals- Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ZipRecruiter. LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and databases. • Screen resumes and conducts preliminary interviews to assess technical skills, communication, visa status, and candidate suitability. • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders. • Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements. • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals. Negotiation & Offer Closer • Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts. System | Compliance | MIS • Maintain candidate records and recruitment activities in ATS • Ensure adherence to client SLAs, compliance requirements, and hiring processes. • Provide/ Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment status reports.
