IT Project Manager Miejsce pracy: Katowice Recruitment for We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to join the IT organization of a well-established company operating in the distribution sector. Technologies we use Expected • Jira • Microsoft Excel Your responsibilities • Plan and manage IT projects from initiation through delivery. • Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, backlogs and delivery plans. • Manage project scope, budget, resources and dependencies. • Coordinate cross-functional project teams and external vendors. • Work closely with business stakeholders to translate business needs into IT solutions. • Act as an Area Product Owner for the assigned business domain. • Monitor project progress, identify risks and implement mitigation plans. • Manage changes, issues and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle. • Organize and facilitate project meetings, including daily meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives. • Prepare project documentation, status reports and management updates. • Support teams in resolving issues and making project-related decisions. • Ensure delivered solutions meet business, technical, quality, security and compliance requirements. Our requirements • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Project Management. • Proven experience delivering IT projects in an Agile and/or traditional project environment. • Good knowledge of Agile, Scrum and/or PRINCE2 methodologies. • Experience working with cross-functional technical and business teams. • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. • Experience managing project budgets, resources, risks and scope. • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively and make decisions under time pressure. • Strong organizational and analytical skills. • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project or similar. • Very good English - minimum B2+. • Higher education in IT, technical, business or a related field. • Nice to have • PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM or Scrum certification. • C1+ level of English. • Technical understanding of IT systems and IT architecture. • Experience working as a Product Owner or with product-oriented delivery models. • Experience in the distribution sector. • Experience working with external technology vendors.
