Custom Software Engineering Lead - ServiceNow

As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency. - Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance software delivery processes and team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Service Portal ( UI /UX designing ) - Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions.

- Experience in leading software development teams and managing project delivery timelines. - Ability to design and implement custom workflows and integrations within the ServiceNow platform. - Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and quality assurance processes.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide innovative technical solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
