Custom Software Engineer - Java Full Stack Development

Roles & Responsibilities

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve productivity and code quality. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.

- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of software components while maintaining high standards.

Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React- Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Strong understanding of backend development, including RESTful services and database integration.

- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and version control systems. - Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code for performance and scalability. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.

- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ location. - A 15 years full time education is required. - B shift timing.
