Sr Software Engineer

What you'll get to do in this role: • Design and implement features end-to-end, from technical design through deployment and monitoring • Write high-quality, well-tested, maintainable code and actively participate in code reviews • Break down ambiguous problems into clear technical plans and execute independently • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into scalable solutions • Contribute to architectural decisions within your team's scope of ownership • Debug and resolve complex production issues, including on-call rotation participation • Mentor junior engineers (IC1/IC2) through pairing, code review, and design discussions • Contribute to and champion engineering best practices (testing, documentation, CI/CD) • Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and retrospectives as an active contributor
