Key Responsibilities • Perform load flow, short circuit, stability, and protection studies for power systems. • Design and specify components for high-voltage substations, transmission lines, and distribution networks. • Develop and implement strategies for integrating renewable energy sources into the grid. • Analyze power quality issues and recommend solutions to improve system performance. • Contribute to the development of grid modernization and smart grid technologies. • Prepare detailed technical reports, specifications, and project proposals. Requirements • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in Power Systems. • Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in power system analysis and design. • Proficiency in power system simulation software (e.g., PSS/E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, ETAP). • Strong understanding of grid codes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. • Experience with protection relaying schemes and coordination studies. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and remote communication skills.
