Requirements • Master's or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, with a focus on Power Systems. • 10+ years of comprehensive experience in power systems engineering, including design, analysis, and project management. • Expert proficiency in industry-standard power system simulation software (e.g., PSS/E, DIgSILENT PowerFactory, ETAP). • Demonstrated experience in leading engineering teams and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects. • Deep understanding of grid interconnection standards, renewable energy integration, and grid modernization initiatives. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for a fully remote context.
