Procurement Assistant Manager, Up to $5,200, East, 5 days Full Time

Summary: Salary: Up to $5,200 + Performance Bonus Working Hours: Mon - Fri Location: East (Bedok North) Industry: Food Manufacturing Job Responsibilities: Manage daily procurement, purchasing and administrative activities. Source suppliers, compare quotations and negotiate pricing and payment terms.

Monitor supplier performance, product quality, delivery and contracts. Plan purchasing and inventory requirements with Production, Warehouse and Operations teams. Identify cost-saving opportunities and monitor purchasing costs. Supervise and guide the Procurement & Admin team to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain proper procurement records and ensure company policies and requirements are followed.

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field. Minimum 5 years of procurement/purchasing and admin experience , preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing. Strong experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation and cost control .
