International Inside Sales Representative National Safety Apparel (NSA) | Cleveland, OH (Hybrid 4 Days Onsite / 1 Day Remote) Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 Base + Bonus Opportunity Staffing Solutions Enterprises is partnering with National Safety Apparel (NSA), a leading manufacturer of safety apparel and personal protective equipment, to identify an International Inside Sales Representative to support and grow an established customer portfolio.

This role is ideal for a relationship-driven sales professional who enjoys managing accounts, building customer relationships, analyzing sales performance, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue within existing accounts.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customer accounts Maintain regular customer outreach and relationship-building activities Identify opportunities to increase sales and expand business within existing accounts Develop and execute account plans Promote products and solutions aligned with customer needs Manage opportunities and account activity within Salesforce CRM Analyze sales performance and customer trends Partner with Customer Success, Marketing, and other internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction Follow up on leads and support ongoing sales initiatives Qualifications 2+ years of inside sales, account management, customer success, or related experience Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook Strong organizational and follow-up skills Preferred Qualifications Spanish fluency (written and verbal) Manufacturing, industrial, or distribution experience Experience with ERP systems and sales reporting tools Experience supporting international customers or distributors Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field Why Join NSA?
