Director of Human Resources Business Management - Aptitude Asia

SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and vision-driven Head of HR / People Director to lead our global HR function and drive our people strategy across multiple regions. You are the strategic business partner to executive leaders, translating business ambitions into people-centric strategies, organizational design, and high-performing workplace cultures. You are hands-on and shall oversee the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy, employee relations, employee engagement, and change management in a fast-paced, matrixed, or high-growth environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Global Talent Acquisition & Workforce Scaling • TA Management & Strategy: Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes—sourcing, screening, interviewing, pre-employment checks, and offer negotiations—with a focus on technical function expansion (e.g., Product and Engineering). • Talent Pipeline & Employer Branding: Proactively engage with hiring managers to build long-term talent pipelines, establish service-level standards, and enhance employer branding. • Recruitment Metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs and recruiting effectiveness metrics to continuously evaluate and optimize recruitment success. Strategic Leadership & Organizational Development • People Strategy: Translate overarching business ambitions into scalable, people-centric strategies across matrix or high-growth environments. • HR Transformation: Challenge and modernize conventional HR processes into tangible business outcomes that build a high-performing culture. • Change Management & Design: Lead organizational design, change management, and strategic workforce planning to support business growth and transformation. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with executive and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve company goals, drive team productivity, and foster innovation. REQUIREMENTS: • International/Global Experience: Demonstrated experience operating as an HR/People Partner across multiple global regions • Industry Background: Track record of success within sectors such as Banking and Finance, Tech, FX & Payments, Supply Chain, or IT&T. • Track Record in Scaling Teams: Proven experience in hyper-growth environments—building and scaling multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., Product & Engineering teams) from scratch and managing high-volume headcounts. • Core HR Competencies: Deep expertise in executive search, talent acquisition, employer branding, C&B strategy, HR policy, change management, organizational design, employee relations, and employee engagement.
