Job Description • Partner business leaders to develop and execute workforce and people strategies aligned to organisational objectives • Lead talent acquisition, talent management and performance management initiatives • Drive workforce planning, manpower optimisation and succession planning activities • Provide guidance on employee relations matters, organisational development and leadership effectiveness • Champion employee engagement and culture-building initiatives to enhance organisational performance • Identify HR transformation opportunities and implement solutions that improve processes and employee experience • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to deliver consistent and value-added HR services The Successful Applicant • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors • 8+ years of HR leadership or HR business partnering experience within a large and complex organisation • Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing broad HR functions across multiple business units • Strong knowledge of talent management, workforce planning, performance management and employee relations • Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders on strategic people matters • Experience driving HR transformation and the adoption of digital HR solutions • Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively What's on Offer The organisation offers a comprehensive rewards package and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the healthcare sector. #J-18808-Ljbffr
