Senior Project Manager - Luxury Villas Development - Real Estate

: - Lead delivery from design and procurement through construction, completion and handover. - Manage main contractors, consultants, specialist contractors and multiple project interfaces. - Drive programme, cost, quality, HSE and overall project performance. - Oversee design coordination, procurement, construction progress and commercial matters. - Manage project risks, variations, claims and critical delivery issues. - Ensure compliance with approved designs, specifications, quality and safety standards. - Lead multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholder coordination. - Drive timely completion, snagging, commissioning and handover of villa clusters.
