UX Designer II, Amazon Advertising Sales and Partners UX Team

We are looking for a UX Designer to spearhead the evolution of new advertising products that will better connect businesses of all sizes to their customers.

As a foundational member of a growing team within - 4+ years of design experience - 4+ years of delivering design solutions as a UX designer or interaction designer experience - Have an available online portfolio - Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar - Experience working cross-team and synthesize feedback and input from product management, engineering, testing, and marketing - Experience working in a fast-paced environment similar to a high-tech start-up - Experience designing software for end users or enterprise customers - Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience completing complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround
