We are seeking a UX Designer II to design the experiences behind - 5+ years of design experience - Online portfolio demonstrating design craft, problem-solving process, and shipped work - Proficiency in Figma for high-fidelity design and interactive prototyping; familiarity with AI-assisted prototyping or coding tools to accelerate concept exploration and prototype development - Experience gathering user data (e.
g. , conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps - Experience leading design projects from concept through execution, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and CX specifications - Proficiency with current accessibility standards
