Job Description

Job Title: Head - Recruitment (Facility Management Services) Location: Pune, Maharashtra Experience: 10+ Years Joining: Immediate to 30 Days Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Recruitment to lead end-to-end talent acquisition for both corporate and site-level requirements within the maintenance business for our clients. The ideal candidate will bring strong exposure to bulk and technical hiring across multiple functions, with a proven ability to build talent pipelines at scale. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Leadership: - Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for corporate and site roles. - Drive bulk hiring initiatives for large-scale workforce requirements, i.e., Technicians, Engineers and Supervisors. - Manage technical hiring across domains, including Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, PLC, CNC Operations, and Paint Shop Operations. - Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business needs. - Build strong pipelines for blue-collar, grey-collar, and white-collar technical talent. - Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower planning and ensure timely closures with quality hires. - Manage recruitment team performance, vendor relationships, and employer branding. - Drive a superior candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Costing for New Sites and Customers. - Hiring Recruitment Module from offer, pre-joining, and onboarding. Campus & Institutional Hiring / Partnerships: - Establish and manage tie-ups with engineering colleges and technical institutes for Graduate Trainee hiring programs. - Build strong relationships with NSDC and other skill development bodies for candidate sourcing. - Drive structured campus recruitment programs, including internships, apprenticeships, and Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) hiring. - Collaborate with institutes offering disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Automation. - Develop a pipeline of entry-level technical talent aligned with business needs. - Conduct campus engagement activities, including pre-placement talks, workshops, and technical assessments. - Leverage government and institutional platforms for skilled workforce availability and hiring support. - Ensure alignment with Skill India initiatives and vocational training ecosystems. Field Recruitment & Blue/Grey Collar Hiring: - Lead field recruitment processes for large-scale workforce deployment. - Drive target-based hiring and meet aggressive manpower timelines. - Organise and execute walk-in drives and camp hiring campaigns. - Source candidates for shop-floor functions, including Machine Operators, CNC Operators, Paint Shop Technicians, Assembly Line Workers, and Maintenance Technicians. - Manage on-ground hiring activities, including vendor coordination, local sourcing, and mobilisation. - Leverage strong connections with local talent pools, ITIs, and vocational institutes. - Ensure quick turnaround with quality closures in high-volume hiring scenarios. Qualifications: - 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the manufacturing, engineering, or technical facility management industries. Required Skills: - Proven track record in bulk hiring, campus recruitment, and technical recruitment. - Strong understanding of industrial roles, shop-floor skill sets, and field hiring dynamics. - Hands-on experience with blue-collar and grey-collar hiring for manufacturing environments. - Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and team management skills. - Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. - Capable to hire 3000 people in a year. Preferred Skills: - Prior experience hiring for manufacturing plants and industrial setups. - Exposure to high-volume and multi-location hiring projects. - Strong industry network and diverse sourcing strategies. - Familiarity with government skilling platforms, ITI ecosystems, and campus engagement models.
