Senior Manager - Human Resources - FMCG

: The Sr HR Manager will oversee and manage all core HR functions including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and compliance. Person with extensive experience in PMS, having set up PMS system from scratch and managed at least 3 cycles in a company is required. Key Responsibilities: HR Policy: - Design, implement, and maintain HR policies that align with company values, legal requirements, and business goals. - Draft, review, and update HR policies covering recruitment, onboarding, compensation, performance management, leave, and employee relations. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: - Drive end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles. - Partner with business leaders to forecast manpower requirements. Performance Management: - Implement and monitor appraisal systems. - Support managers in setting KPIs and conducting reviews. Employee Engagement & Culture: - Design and execute engagement initiatives to boost retention. - Champion diversity, inclusion, and organizational values. Learning & Development: - Identify training needs and coordinate development programs. - Track effectiveness of L&D interventions. Compensation & Benefits: - Administer payroll, benefits, and incentive programs. - Benchmark compensation against FMCG industry standards. HR Operations & Compliance: - Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements. - Maintain HRIS and employee records with accuracy. Qualifications: - MBA / PGDM in HR. - 10 - 15 years of progressive HR experience across all functions particularly PMS. - FMCG sector experience strongly preferred. - Strong knowledge of HR policies, and HR technology platforms.
