Team Assistant - Projects

Description Downer Rail is a leading provider of rollingstock asset management services in Australia; we have a deep history within the rail industry and currently has world class leading expertise in house that deliver whole-of-life asset management support to our customers. We have a great opportunity for a dynamic Team Assistant to provide administrative support to the Director part of the Corporate Development & Origination team. All duties will be assigned via the Director and will primarily encompass tasks supporting the Corporate Development & Origination team. You will be based at our North Ryde location. Experience: • Extensive international and domestic travel booking experience (highly regarded) • Familiarity with expense reconciliation and policy management • Working knowledge of a fast-paced and regularly changing environment • Experience with Concur Expense system advantageous • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams in particular) Skills and attributes sought include but are not limited to: • Previous experience supporting project based roles • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proactive, organised professional who anticipates needs and enjoys providing support. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Our Culture: We cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace that facilitates opportunity and respect.
