SDP Project Manager (12-month FTC)

As an SDP Project Manager, you will be instrumental in supporting Europe Store Development Projects (SDP) throughout the full project lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include: • End-to-End Project Coordination: Manage local project briefs, gather business and technical requirements, support project development, and oversee construction follow-up, snagging, and handover to Retail Operations. • Back of House Development: Consolidate Back of House requirements, understand operational needs, and coordinate functional layouts and solutions with various stakeholders. • Cross-Functional Market Coordination: Act as the central local point for all functions contributing to Store Planning projects, ensuring requirements are met and issues are proactively escalated. • Budget & CAPEX Management: Support budget construction, coordinate local quotations, monitor expenditures, and ensure financial accuracy for regional reporting. • Tender & Procurement Support: Assist with tender processes, organize site visits, interact with bidders, and provide local market knowledge. • Construction, Quality & Site Follow-Up: Provide a strong local presence, monitor construction progress and workmanship, identify deviations, and ensure rigorous snagging and close-out.
