Basic Salary: $5000 to $6000 + Allowances + Bonuses Excellent Welfare & Benefits + Career Progression Working Location: Islandwide Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm (Mon - Fri) Well-Established Security Inspection Technology Company About the Role We are seeking a Project Manager / experienced Project Engineer to manage technical projects from planning and site implementation through testing, commissioning and handover.
Job Responsibilities
Manage assigned technical projects from planning, site implementation and installation through testing, commissioning and handover. Plan and monitor project schedules, work programmes, resources and overall project progress to ensure timely completion.
Lead and coordinate project teams, contractors, vendors and other relevant parties throughout project execution. Liaise closely with clients, consultants, contractors and internal teams on project requirements, technical matters and site activities.
Review project specifications, technical drawings, layouts and related documentation to ensure requirements are properly implemented. Coordinate site installation works and resolve technical, operational or site-related issues that may affect project progress.
Monitor project deliverables, quality requirements and work progress, and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary. Conduct project meetings, site coordination meetings and progress reviews with relevant stakeholders. Oversee testing, commissioning, system acceptance and project handover activities.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, schedules and other required project records.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering, IT, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or related disciplines. At least 2–3 years of relevant project engineering / project management experience.
