Partner Marketing Manager, Asia

We're looking for a Partner Marketing Manager, Asia to help accelerate growth across one of Sage's most important growth regions.

This role will be responsible for executing partner marketing programs across Asia, working closely with our APAC Partner Marketing Manager to drive consistent partner engagement, pipeline generation, and market growth.

You'll work directly with strategic and growth partners, sales teams, and regional stakeholders to bring joint marketing plans to life.

In addition, you'll play a key role supporting Sage-led marketing activities across Asia, helping execute campaigns, events, webinars, customer programs, and digital initiatives for both Sage Intacct and Sage X3.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both planning and execution and wants to make a visible impact across multiple markets. Partner Marketing - Execute partner marketing programs across Asia, aligned to regional pipeline and ARR objectives.

- Work closely with the APAC Partner Marketing Manager to deliver the overall partner marketing strategy and priorities across Asia. - Build and execute joint marketing plans with strategic and growth partners, including campaigns, events, webinars, roundtables, and digital demand generation activities.

- Manage MDF activities across Asia, including planning, approvals, execution, budget tracking, and ROI reporting. - Localise partner campaigns and assets for Asia markets where required. - Support partner enablement by developing marketing toolkits, campaign content, and go-to-market resources.

- Build strong relationships with partner sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities and drive joint outcomes. Regional Marketing Support - Support the execution of Sage-led marketing initiatives across Asia for Sage Intacct and Sage X3.

- Partner with regional marketing managers to deliver campaigns, customer marketing programs, webinars, events, and field marketing activities. - Help coordinate marketing activities across multiple countries, ensuring programs are delivered on time and to a high standard.

- Identify opportunities to scale successful programs across markets and share best practices. - Support regional reporting and provide visibility into campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and marketing impact.

Performance & Operations - Track and report on partner and regional marketing performance, including pipeline, engagement, and ROI. - Use AI tools and automation to improve marketing efficiency and execution. - Maintain strong marketing governance, budget management, and operational discipline.

- Represent Sage at partner, customer, and industry events across Asia. What You'll Bring - 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within technology or SaaS. - Experience in partner, channel, field, or regional marketing roles.

- Proven ability to execute marketing programs that generate measurable pipeline and business outcomes. - Experience working across multiple Asian markets. - Strong project management skills with the ability to manage several initiatives simultaneously.

- Experience managing budgets and marketing investments with a focus on ROI. - Comfortable working across sales, marketing, and partner teams in a matrix environment. - Demonstrated ability to use AI and modern marketing tools to improve productivity and campaign performance.
