As our Workplace Services Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring our workplace is welcoming, safe, well-managed, and supports our people to do their best work.
This will include:
• Creating a great first impression - be the friendly face and trusted point of contact for workplace-related enquiries
• Keeping the workplace running smoothly - coordinate the day-to-day operation of our office.
• Managing suppliers and contractors - build strong relationships with workplace service providers and contractors.
• Supporting people and culture - support workplace events, engagement activities, and initiatives that help build connection, belonging, and community.
• Ensuring our workplace meets health, safety, security, environmental, and compliance requirements.
